Doable was established on the Mornington Peninsula in 1972 by a number of progressive families, first as The Kindilan Society, later as Focus Individualised Support Services. The care, belief and dedication that made that support unique 50 years ago lives on in their team today.
Respecting, defending and supporting the rights of people with disabilities sits at the core of everything they do - they embrace person-centred active support and are committed to empowering people with a disability to enjoy independence, dignity and the right to an ordinary life.
They are a registered NDIS provider and play an active role in the disability services sector, working with experts, advocates and leading SDA providers to innovate and improve outcomes - not just deliver services.
